Our secluded resort has a private boat launch, fish cleaning house, BBQ grills, lawn chairs, swing set, canoes and paddleboat.  Outboard motors are available for rent. 3 day minimum rentals (Reservations recommended).  Gasoline is available for guests renting boats or motors.  Central fire pit for Campfires are held several times a week on the beach.

Fishing bait, license and supplies are available at Northern Highland Sports, located in Boulder Junction just 3 miles from our resort.

Each cottage comes with a 14' aluminum boat (upon request only),  motors available for rent, life vests and has its own pier.  Kitchens are fully equipped including toaster, microwave & coffeemaker, cookware, dinnerware, silverware & utensils. Bed linen is provided.  TV's, some with VCR or DVD players.  Satellite TV and Free Wireless Internet. Please bring your personal and kitchen towels, paper goods, and soaps.

FULL WEEKS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY in summer.

CHECK IN time from 3:00 - 5:00

Deposits:

• Check or Cash accepted on balance DUE UPON ARRIVAL.
  Each additional guest: $100/week, $20/day, regardless of age (if guests increases from original reservation, please call PRIOR to arrival for approval) We have a visitors policy. Add 10% state and local tax on all cottage rates.

• A $350 deposit is required for 2 bedroom cabins.  A $600 deposit is required for the 4 bedroom cabin and the 5 bedroom house.  A confirmation will be sent to you by email or by mail.
• A $20 administrative fee for any date or cabin changes to your reservation.
• No refunds or price adjustments for early departure.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• SORRY, NO PETS, JETSKIS OR WAVERUNNERS allowed.
• Gift certificates available.

Payment - We accept personal checks, travelers checks and cash. Sorry, No credit cards.

Cancellation Policy - Deposit will gladly be refunded ONLY if we can re-rent the cabin for the same date of your cancelled reservation, less a $20 administrative fee.... please give as much notice as possible.
